We are offering a very exiting role as Packaging Director for some of the most well known bands in Sweden! As Packaging Director for Carlsberg you are responsible for approximatly 150 employees within the process, acting as a leadership role model in packaging department and across the site, ensuring people development (both individual and teams).
You will work with GLOCAL compliance for quality, food safety, hygiene, HSE and GMP standards as well as ensuring effective and efficient Performance Management System. As Packaging Director you are systematically passing through PDCA cycle in any topic, working with process development, equipment management and service and cost. You advance in Lean TPM and you ensure that it is implemented, stirred and incorporated in day to day operations ensuring continues improvement in all areas (4M -man, machine, methodology, material). You are reporting to Senior Production Director and you are part of Production management team and Integrated Supply Chain Sweden Management Team. The position is a permanent full-time employment with location Falkenberg.
Other important responsability areas:
Planning, managing and delivering financial budget for the department (CapEx and OpEx) based on planned KPIs improvements and departmental activities linked to Policy Deployment.
Ensuring implementation and sharing of best practices within the site and with group counterparts.
Building High Performance Organization via driving people engagement and people development ensuring strong visibility of alignment, accountability and action concepts in the department.
You will be involved in Long Term Development Plan Process and actively contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team.

What do we wish from you?
You have minimum university degree in Engineering or technical equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience within FMCG production or food production environments. You have at least 3 years experience at senior management level with great results in developing people and plant, managing budgets and delivering performance improvements through Lean TPM methodology. You have experience from working with food, quality and H&S standards (ex: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and are fluent (written and spoken) in English and meritorious also Swedish. To be the right person for this position we think that you are keen to understand and eradicate all kind of departmental losses, ensuring thatadvance analytics are embedded in the department and link it efficiently with reporting systems.
