Mowi Sweden Order administrator
Create Sales orders and purchase orders in CDN XL.
. Supporting role against our customers.
. Responsible for internal purchase planning
. Logistic planning for production and sales
. Support Product Manager and Key Account Manager in terms of documentation
Reporting and controls owner
. Assist in the correctness of the daily stock counting
. Daily internal controls regarding correctness of orders and Master Data
. Secure that all documentation required is entered in the CDN XL
. Provide accruals for logistic and production costs
Recruitments:
. Experience in the field of Supply Chain
. Knowledge of accounting principles, especially those related to production settlement and standard costs
. Knowledge of Fresh food industry is meritorious
. Swedish and English at an advanced level
. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
. Ability to analyze and synthesize data
. Good organization of work, developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
