Production leader

Will be responsible for and develope the practical part of our production:
. Planning and fullfilling daily production tasks
. Training and development of production staff
. Focus on Safety
. Follow up KPI
. Be support for Quality department
. Technial maintianence
Qualifications:
. Higher education within food processing
. Experience from food industry, (can compensate for demand for higher education)
. Language: Scandinavian and English fluently
. Good understanding of production
. Good understanding of technical production machinery
Personal characteristics:
. "Self-going" with high working capacity
. Ability to create good relationships and trust
. Systematic and disciplined, working smart and long-term
. Great learning willingness and keen to stay up to date in the field
Other:
. Some travelling will have to be expected within Europe.
